REAL ESTATE LAW
Land Law provides clients with a broad range of real estate services, including matters relating to residential and commercial real estate transactions, including buyer and seller closings, foreclosure litigation, short sales, evictions, and housing discrimination.

BUYERS
For buyers, we review, negotiate, and modify the terms of the purchase agreement; address issues raised by property inspections; review the title insurance commitment and closing documents; and provide complete representation throughout the closing of the transaction.

SELLERS
For clients selling their property, we review, and if necessary, negotiate and modify the terms of the real estate brokerage listing agreement, negotiate the real estate sale contract, order the title insurance commitment, prepare the deed and other closing documents, and provide representation throughout the closing of the transaction.

EVICTIONS
We can resolve disputes between Landlords and Tenants in eviction cases. Governor Pritzker’s statewide Covid-19 moratorium on evictions expired on October 4, 2021. For this reason, eviction orders can now be filed and processed in the Cook County Circuit Court. Choosing the right attorney to handle your eviction matter can make a major difference in your case.
